Some tasks are more challenging than others, and when our AquaFresh team members are able to make spaces sparkle, we share the joy and feel proud of our work! This atmosphere of encouragement, appreciation, and support within the team helps lift each other up and this leads to everyone working towards the best possible outcomes. A Tight-Knit Team
From the get-go, our team members know that there is opportunity for continuous growth once they become a part of the team. Because of this long-term view, we are able to work together for extended periods of time. During this time, we grow together too! More experienced team members help newer ones, while newer ones bring a breath of fresh air into our tight-knit family.
Each year, we have our little excursions where we are able to bond over activities which allow us to loosen up and just be ourselves around each other. By doing this, we are able to show each other different sides of us that they don’t normally see during our working hours.
Our team has grown so close, that whenever someone has to part ways with us, we even have send-off parties to reminisce our good times together. This closeness makes work our safe place too, where we are able to meet and make new friends who help each other grow and improve along the way.
Positive Contributions
Apart from celebrating our wins within the team, we also place great importance on sharing our blessings and giving back to the wonderful community we are part of. From Thanksgiving to Christmas dinners, we share what we have to those who need it and spread the love! By being great at what we do, we are able to help others around us too, making our work even more meaningful to us. The positive contributions that we work toward reignite the passion that we have for keeping people healthy in amazing environments—commercial or otherwise. Every task we finish means being one step closer to sharing the abundance we have!
Having Consistency
Before it starts sounding like a chore, allow us to make ourselves clear: We mean “consistency” in the sense of having something to look forward to! From our yearly team excursions to our community giveaways, having something we work toward and look forward to makes coming to work so much more enjoyable. As a team, it is important to have something fun to share and experience together, so we aren’t just bound by “work routines.”
Having out-of-work activities consistently give us events to watch out for and plan ahead together. That kind of planning in itself is fun, and gets our excitement levels through the roof! From the little personal gestures to those done collaboratively by our team, our work culture is truly something we are proud of and enjoy having.
