Title: Cleaner – Customer Satisfaction Representative

Reports to: Supervisor

Summary
The Cleaner is responsible for a variety of customer facing activities. As the representative of Aquamaid Ltd. He or she will provide a high level of customer service by performing duties to meet company standards and customer site requirements. The cleaner will possess excellent attention to detail, the desire to leave a site spotless and noticeably cleaner when they leave. Our team of uniformed cleaners will leave a lasting impression, they are trustworthy, reliable and conduct themselves professionally in a friendly and helpful manner. Cleaners must be eager to learn, by participating in our AquaFresh certification training. They must be focused on completing each site within the expected time frame, to the Aquamaid’s high standards. They must be willing to travel to other sites and support other team members when necessary. Supporting other roles is important to the success of the team members and company. Additional duties and cross training will be required and assigned as necessary.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time, complete work within expected timelines.
  • Be prepared for shift and wearing company uniform.
  • Get supplies and keys from customer sites.
  • Pick up and return company vehicles, drive in save and responsible manner.
  • Complete vehicle log, post trip and vehicle maintenance requirements.
  • Complete daily timesheets.
  • Clean to company standards, 1 – Dust, 2 – Floor.
  • Maintain and perform cleaning requirements for each customer site.
  • Ensure customer offices/site are left secured to their equipment.
  • Participate in customer training as necessary.
  • Identify and report changes or unusual occurrences.
  • Identify and report supplies or equipment deficiencies.
  • Communicate daily via text or other required method.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Team Lead

Job Description

Title: Team Lead

Reports to: Supervisor

Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for a variety of entry level management activities. He or she will be responsible for training new cleaners and making sure the job is done per Aquamaid standards. They will train new cleaners in the AquaFresh certification process. They will be responsible for getting the keys to each location and dispatching their team and assigning daily work. As the representative of Aquamaid Ltd. he or she will provide a high level of customer service and quality control by performing duties to meet company standards and customer site requirements. The team lead will possess excellent attention to detail, the desire to leave a site spotless and noticeably cleaner when they leave. Quality Controller

Job Description

Title: Quality Controller

Reports to: Manager

Summary
Quality control is responsible for going to each location of the day after the cleaning crew and look for imperfection and improvement. See what a customer see but at a higher level.
Anything that is not being done must be done by quality control. If this is repetitive, she must communicate with me and supervisor.
This person is also responsible of putting what is not clean in a log. (see attachment for example there is a Client log and Qc log.)
This person is also going to work from about 9pm to 2am.

The quality controller is responsible for visiting each location the day after it’s been cleaned by the cleaning crew and inspect the site for imperfections and opportunities for cleaning improvements. They must evaluate the cleanliness of the area from the customer’s perspective and make sure it meets Aquamaid’s cleaning standards. Areas not completed must be cleaned by the quality controller and if there are repetitive spots missed they must be communicated with the company owner and supervisor. The quality controller must complete the QC log to keep track of each area being cleaned. They must be available to work from 9pm to 2am (schedules may vary depending on site). They will possess excellent attention to detail, the desire to leave a site spotless and noticeably cleaner when they leave. They are trustworthy, reliable and conduct themselves professionally in a friendly and helpful manner. They must be willing to travel between sites and support other team members when necessary. Supporting other roles is important to the success of the team members and company. Additional duties and cross training will be required and assigned as necessary.

  • Keeping a QC log of what is not cleaned.
  • Pick up and return company vehicles, drive in save and responsible manner.

Supervisor

Job Description

Title: Supervisor

Reports to: Manager

Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for a variety of management activities. He or she will have the role of both a team lead and a quality controller at the same time while managing these two roles as well. This role requires great communication skill as the supervisor will be building their team, interviewing and managing the health, safety and needs of their cleaning team. They will be responsible for team meetings and making sure everyone has their KM log/Hazard sheet and take their temperature before entering the site. They will be in charge of running any errands necessary for supplies, vehicle maintenance etc. They will make sure all equipment is in good state and repair and report to owner any damaged equipment. They will keep track of inventory and communicate to manager what is needed for supplies and stocking. The supervisor will possess excellent attention to detail, the desire to leave a site spotless and noticeably cleaner when they leave. They will manage and build/interview our team of uniformed cleaners to leave a lasting impression, they are trustworthy, reliable and conduct themselves professionally in a friendly and helpful manner. They must be focused on managing the team to complete each site within the expected time frame, to the Aquamaid’s high standards. The Manager is responsible for a variety of management activities. He or she will support the Supervisor in building and managing the team meeting with them 2-3 time per week. This role requires great communication skills as the manager will meet with the customer to provide a quote and ensure cleaning requirements are communicated while contributing to growing Aquamaid sales. They must be willing to travel to multiple locations. They must verify schedules, quality control logs, inventory, stock and communicate any issues with company owner. Alongside the supervisor they will be building teams, interviewing and managing the health, safety and needs of their cleaning team. The manager will possess excellent attention to detail, the desire to leave a site spotless and noticeably cleaner when they leave. They will manage and build/interview our team of uniformed cleaners to leave a lasting impression, they are trustworthy, reliable and conduct themselves professionally in a friendly and helpful manner. They must be focused on managing the team to complete each site within the expected time frame, to the Aquamaid’s high standards. They must be willing to travel to other sites and support other team members when necessary. Supporting other roles is important to the success of the team members and company.
