The Manager is responsible for a variety of management activities. He or she will support the Supervisor in building and managing the team meeting with them 2-3 time per week. This role requires great communication skills as the manager will meet with the customer to provide a quote and ensure cleaning requirements are communicated while contributing to growing Aquamaid sales. They must be willing to travel to multiple locations. They must verify schedules, quality control logs, inventory, stock and communicate any issues with company owner. Alongside the supervisor they will be building teams, interviewing and managing the health, safety and needs of their cleaning team. The manager will possess excellent attention to detail, the desire to leave a site spotless and noticeably cleaner when they leave. They will manage and build/interview our team of uniformed cleaners to leave a lasting impression, they are trustworthy, reliable and conduct themselves professionally in a friendly and helpful manner. They must be focused on managing the team to complete each site within the expected time frame, to the Aquamaid’s high standards. They must be willing to travel to other sites and support other team members when necessary. Supporting other roles is important to the success of the team members and company. Additional duties and cross training will be required and assigned as necessary.
